Our Process

Here’s what you can expect when working with 3Key Technologies for the first time.  We have a 3 step process for success when working with a potential client.

Step 1: Discovery phase

When we meet with you for the first time, we will get to know each other, discuss your technology needs, and answer any questions you may have.  We’ll also schedule another time to come back onsite to do a network discovery.  The network discovery typically takes 1-4 hours depending on the size and complexity of the network and involves reviewing the operational and technical aspects of your network so we can generate our recommendations and proposals.

Step 2: Present phase

After the discovery is complete, we’ll put together the results of our network discovery, a summary of our recommendations, and accompanying proposals.  This usually takes 1 week to put everything together.  We’ll meet to discuss and review the results, recommendations, proposals, and answer any questions you may have.

Step 3: Onboarding phase

Once we have a common agreement on the findings and proposals, we move to the onboarding phase.  The onboarding phase involves us coming onsite to implement our managed services/solutions, which includes deploying various software, hardware, documenting your entire network, introduction to staff, training, etc.  The onboarding phase is performed both onsite and remotely and typically takes 2-4 weeks to fully implement.
